Pact Coffee is hiring an Inventory & Stores Coordinator to manage goods in, stock movements and returns within the roastery. You’ll maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate with operations to ensure stock availability.

The role emphasizes organised stores, safe handling and daily stock updates in our system. A full UK driving licence and a hands-on, detail-focused approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Goods In process; deliveries received, checked and stored accurately.
• Check deliveries against orders; identify discrepancies or damages.
• Label, store and rotate stock to maintain efficiency.
• Replenish stock throughout the roastery for production needs.
• Monitor storage capacity; create space ahead of deliveries.
• Maintain clean, labelled storage areas and update records in the stock system.
• End-of-day replenishment; stock levels ready for next day.
• Manage returns; record movements and coordinate with suppliers.
