Job summary

Origin Coffee Ltd is seeking a hands-on warehouse professional to efficiently unload, store and manage roastery goods and ancillary products. You’ll enhance the WMS, improve inventory visibility and support the movement of stock across the operation.

You will work closely with the team to ensure a safe, organised warehouse, accurate records and timely dispatch while driving continuous improvements in stock control and processes.

Qualifications

• You are highly organised with a process-driven approach.
• Experience managing inbound goods and inventory control is essential.
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced warehouse environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage receipt, storage and organisation of incoming goods with accurate records.
• Maintain stock accuracy through regular audits and stock rotation.
• Record all stock movements in the WMS and generate key reports.
• Support forecasting, planning and dispatch operations.
• Maintain safe, organised warehouse and clear labeling of products.
