Key Responsibilities:

Provide classroom support across multiple subjects and key stages

Step into different classes each day, supporting both students and teaching staff

Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions as required

Assist with behaviour management and student engagement

Foster positive relationships with staff and students across the school

Ideal Candidate:

Prior experience working in a secondary school or educational setting

Level 2 or 3 TA qualification is desirable but not essential
