Job summary

Qualifications

• GCSE at grade E or above in Mathematics and English Language (or Level 1 Functional Skills).
• Ability to clearly understand oral and written information.
• Physically able to carry out heavy manual activity.

Responsibilities

• Assist with highway construction and maintenance tasks.
• Support civil engineering schemes under supervision.
• Attend courses to achieve nationally recognised qualifications.
• Based at Hellaby depot but may work at other sites within the Rotherham Borough.
