Job summary

RAC is seeking a Roadside Technician to keep the UK moving. You will use your Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification or 5+ years in the field to diagnose and repair vehicles roadside, delivering quick and confident solutions to members.

Start and finish from home, with shifts around your local area and optional overtime. RAC provides a van, fuel card, tools, uniform, and diagnostic kit to set you up for success.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent.
• 2+ years' experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic or 5+ years in role.
• Full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert roadside repair and diagnostics.
• Provide emergency breakdown support nationwide.
• Start and end days at home, serving local members.
