Job summary

Volvo Group in Warwick is seeking a Roadside Customer Service professional for the UK. You will own breakdowns, take calls from customers and dealerships, and coordinate with colleagues across the UK to provide prompt, professional service.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service-facing roles, solving issues efficiently.
• Open to shift work to support a 24/7 service line.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
