Job summary

The AA is seeking an on-site recovery operative based near Thurrock to provide roadside assistance and vehicle recovery. You will work across varied locations, delivering calm, efficient service to customers while ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.

You will need a Category C driving licence, Driver CPC, and a tachograph card, plus flexibility to cover shifts including weekends and bank holidays. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Full Category C (HGV Class 2) driving licence is essential.
• A valid Driver CPC and a digital tachograph card.
• Confidence using and adapting to new technology and tools.
• Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
