Job summary

The AA is seeking an HGV Recovery Driver to deliver safe, effective vehicle recovery and exceptional customer service across varied locations. You will work a rolling roster with long shifts, including weekends, and maintain professionalism at all times.

You’ll need a Category C (HGV Class 2) licence and Driver CPC, with the option to gain CE (Class 1). Flexible hours and EU regulatory compliance are essential to support our members and keep journeys moving.

Responsibilities

• Safely recovering vehicles and reassuring customers during breakdowns.

• Solve problems on the spot using technical skills and calm approach across roadside scenarios.
• Remain compliant with EU Regulations & WTD while representing The AA professionally.
