RAC is seeking a SuperFlex Roadside Mechanic to join the Guildford cluster, covering Guildford, Woking and surrounding areas. You’ll work approx. 40 hours per week, with shifts between 06:00 and 02:00 and a roster announced days in advance.

You’ll receive a competitive package including a £55,869 basic salary (London Weighting where applicable), with potential to earn up to £61,000. You’ll be equipped with a RAC van, fuel card, uniform and tools.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent) with 2+ years’ experience.
• 5+ years’ experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic.
• Full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and repair roadside vehicle faults to get members back on the road.
• Manage your own toolkit and van stocks; complete precise reports.
• Work flexibly across early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
• Provide calm, professional service as RAC ambassador on every call-out.
