RAC is hiring a Superflex Roadside Mechanic in the Guildford cluster to provide flexible, on‑the‑road support across local areas. You’ll receive a base salary of £55,869 with a potential to earn up to £61,000, and work around 40 hours per week with rosters shared in advance.

Shifts run between 06:00 and 02:00, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays. You'll start with a RAC van, fuel card, uniform, tools and diagnostic kit provided, plus extensive development and benefits.

Qualificações

• NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent with 2+ years' experience.
• Or 5+ years' experience as Vehicle Technician/Mechanic and a full UK driving licence with <6 points.
• Willingness to work varied shifts across early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to roadside breakdowns and repair vehicles to get members moving again.
• Manage own kit and van; keep stock and reports up to date.
• Collaborate with team across Guildford cluster to cover local area.
