What you'll be doing

This is a permanent role based in:

• Peckham
• Woolwich
• Dartford
• Sidcup
• Gravesend
• Beckenham
• Bromley
• Croydon
• Caterham
• Coulsdon
• Erith
• Eltham

You will work 40 hours over four days a week, on a shift pattern between 7am and 8pm, Monday to Sunday, with opportunities for overtime, which you can choose.

We will provide you with a Green Flag vehicle, and you will start your day from your home. Your role involves assisting customers with vehicle breakdowns, diagnosing issues like being out of fuel, tyre repairs, or battery replacements, and helping them get back on the road confidently with a fully stocked kit.

• Up to £40,000 base salary depending on experience, with an OTE of £44,000–£48,000, plus a 9% employer-contributed pension and overtime opportunities.

What you'll need

• Be 21 years or over for insurance purposes
• A current Category B driving license
• NVQ Level 2 or similar in light vehicle maintenance (preferred)
• Empathy and a commitment to achieving the right outcome
• Experience in the motor repair industry
• Lone working experience (desirable)
• Knowledge of current vehicle repair techniques
• Adherence to best practices and safety standards
• Ability to collaborate with dispatch team to improve customer experience
• Self-initiative
