Job summary

Warwickshire Police is seeking an experienced manager to lead the Road Safety Unit, delivering professional, ethical enforcement across the Warwickshire area. You will supervise administration resources and support managers and staff on road safety and speed enforcement.

The role requires strong leadership, compliance with national guidelines, and ability to manage demand, respond to FOI requests, and collate management information.

Qualifications

• A Level/NVQ Level 3 qualification.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation.
• Good working knowledge of the Highway Code.
• Thorough knowledge of Road Traffic Law relating to speeding.

Responsibilities

• Provide first level management for administration resources.
• Supervise office resources for Speeding/Red Light offences.
• Coordinate Warwickshire Road Safety Demand daily.
• Respond to FOI and information requests.
• Ensure updates to force systems like EROS Core, Pentip, PNC.
