Tarmac Trading Limited is seeking an experienced Foreperson – Road Planing to lead a national road planing team, overseeing machines, manpower and safety on Grade-A highways projects. Based near Market Rasen, Lincolnshire, you will ensure safe, efficient project delivery while mentoring operatives to grow in responsibility.

Qualifications

Proven road planing experience with a focus on safety and efficiency.
CSCS qualification is essential; full UK manual driving licence.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations on road planing sites, managing people and equipment safely.
Deliver toolbox talks and site inductions to uphold safety standards.
Ensure compliance with environmental and health & safety requirements across projects.
Coach operatives to multi-skill and progress within the team.
Maintain site records, documentation and briefings.
