Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in Road Logistics with leadership.
• Tender management, pricing, implementation, business development, or commercial roles in transport/logistics.
• Proven success in developing winning commercial proposals and leading complex customer solutions.
• Experience creating and executing commercial, pricing, and operational strategies delivering measurable outcomes.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret data, model pricing, and assess risks.
• Strong project management and organisational skills to manage multiple tenders and projects.
• Effective stakeholder management in a matrix environment.
• Advanced presentation skills and ability to develop customer-facing proposals.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end tender management for Road Logistics opportunities with timely submissions.
• Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies balancing customer requirements and profitability.
• Own design, planning, and execution of new customer solutions and onboarding.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Customer Solutions, Procurement and international partners.
• Analyze customer needs, market trends, and costs to create compelling proposals.
• Drive continuous improvement in tender processes, pricing methodologies, and implementation frameworks.
• Develop implementation roadmaps and coordinate cross-functional teams for smooth handovers.
• Identify opportunities to expand service offerings and improve commercial performance.
