Qualifications

• Experience in a Business Analyst or similar analytical role with data-driven decisions.
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence with PowerPoint.
• Experience with dashboard visualization tools such as Tableau or BI platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive and organised, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication.
• Experience with SQL, VBA, data warehousing or ETL concepts would be advantageous.
• Continuous improvement mindset and using data to create business value.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain insightful reporting dashboards that combine operational and financial data.
• Analyse business performance, KPIs and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and support informed decision-making.
• Produce accurate daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports that meet business requirements.
• Ensure data quality, consistency and accessibility across reporting systems.
• Collaborate with finance, operations and master data teams to translate business needs into effective reporting solutions.
• Provide reporting on sales performance and KPI's
• Continuously improve reporting logic and dashboard functionality as business requirements evolve.
• Deliver training and guidance to help stakeholders confidently use and interpret reporting dashboards.
• Build strong relationships across the business to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
