About the Role

European Road Freight Coordinator required for a successful, worldwide freight forwarding logistics company based in Essex. The role involves organizing European road freight with a freight forwarder, requiring export or import knowledge and experience in European road freight.

Responsibilities

• Trailer planning of groupage, part load, and full load
• Haulage sourcing and rate negotiation
• Communicating with drivers and hauliers to resolve issues promptly
• Preparing documentation for warehouse, haulage, distribution, and shipping departments

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in road freight
• Experience in European road freight is essential
