Job summary

Stafforce Ports is recruiting Ro-Ro Tug Drivers to support the Humber Ports operations, handling vehicles and cargo in one of the UK's busiest port environments.

Full training is provided, with a focus on safety and efficient movement of trailers between vessels, compounds and terminal areas. Opportunity to gain experience and progress into plant operating and other port roles within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Valid UK driving licence and willingness to train on tug equipment.
• Experience in port driving is desirable but not required.
• Ability to pass safety checks and adhere to health and safety procedures.
• Reliable and team-oriented with a flexible approach.
• Willingness to learn new skills and progress in ports industry.

Responsibilities

• Operate Tug master vehicles to safely manoeuvre and transport trailers throughout the terminal.
• Carry out daily vehicle and machinery safety checks to ensure equipment is safe and operational.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of health, safety and operational efficiency across the terminal.
• Follow all site procedures and safety guidelines while ensuring cargo is handled and moved safely.
