Job summary

Elm Ward in Radlett, Hertfordshire, is recruiting a Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) to join an 8-bed inpatient service delivering assessment, treatment and support for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Coordinate shifts and support the Charge Nurse and Team Leader to ensure a safe, therapeutic environment.
• Act as a role model for junior staff, students and new team members, promoting best practice and person-centred care.
• Support service users through assessment, treatment, rehabilitation, and discharge planning in a multidisciplinary setting.
