Job summary

Elysium Healthcare is recruiting an experienced RMN/RNLD for Barnet Lane Clinic in Borehamwood. You will deliver high-quality nursing care to complex cases, mentor colleagues, and ensure thorough care planning and evaluation in a busy inpatient setting.

You will be registered with the NMC and bring experience with EUPD/ASD, working within a multidisciplinary team to support positive outcomes and recovery for service users.

Qualifications

• A relevant nursing qualification.
• NMC registration or eligibility.
• Experience with patients with complex needs (EUPD/ASD).
• Strong teamwork skills and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to service users.
• Lead the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care.
• Mentor and support team members in daily practice.
• Observe, record and report changes to service users and maintain accurate records.
