Job summary

Exemplar Health Care seeks a Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) at Willowbeck in Sheffield. You will deliver high-quality nursing care to adults with complex needs, ensure safe medication administration, and lead clinical activities as Nurse in Charge when on shift.

The role requires NMC PIN and a commitment to the highest standards of person-centred care, dignity and respect. Exemplar offers training, development and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

Must have NMC PIN and be registered as a Nurse.
Experience in caring for adults with learning disabilities is valued.
Ability to plan and provide holistic nursing care with attention to safety.

Responsibilities

Assess, plan and provide person-centred nursing care for residents.
Safely administer medications in line with local policies.
Act as Nurse in Charge on shift when required.
Manage behaviours of concern with compassionate, professional approaches.
Promote dignity, independence and choice for residents.
