Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking enthusiastic Registered Nurses to join the C1 Respiratory Ward on a full-time permanent basis. The ward provides care for patients with a wide range of respiratory conditions and offers opportunities to develop advanced clinical skills while delivering compassionate, evidence-based care.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to support patients throughout their journey from admission to discharge, contributing to assessment,

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with current NMC registration.
• Nursing qualification at degree or diploma level.
• Commitment to continuing professional development (Desirable).
• Knowledge of NIV, oxygen therapy or respiratory care (Desirable).

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality, patient-centred nursing care including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Safely administer medications and treatments and monitor patients.
• Recognise deterioration and escalate appropriately.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support discharge planning.
• Promote infection prevention and patient safety; work with multidisciplinary team.
