Maria Mallaband Care Group Ltd is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) for our nursing home in the UK. Flexible shifts across 7 days, including alternate weekends, with responsibilities for medication administration, care planning and leading shifts as Nurse in Charge.

The role requires an NMC-registered nurse with a valid PIN and the right to work in the UK. You will support residents with dementia and complex needs, while upholding safeguarding and clinical governance standards.

Qualifications

• Qualified nurse with UK NMC registration.
• Current Nursing PIN (RGN/RMN/RNLD) and right to work in the UK.
• Experience in nursing home settings welcome, leadership skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and maintain accurate documentation and care plans.
• Lead shifts as Nurse in Charge to ensure safe staffing and smooth operation.
• Provide physical, emotional and spiritual support to residents.
• Maintain safeguarding, infection control and clinical governance standards.
• Collaborate with GPs and multidisciplinary teams to support resident care.
