Maria Mallaband Care Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join a Nursing Home delivering dementia and complex care in Bisley, UK. You’ll lead shifts, mentor junior staff and contribute to person-centred care plans while ensuring safe, evidence-based clinical practice.

The role offers flexible hours and a supportive learning culture. You’ll work closely with GP practices and MDTs to coordinate care, uphold safeguarding and infection control standards, and champion resident wellbeing

Formación

• Nursing qualification recognised by the UK NMC.
• Valid NMC PIN (RGN, RMN or RNLD) is required.
• Experience in nursing home care and dementia/complex needs is desirable.
• Strong clinical decision-making and leadership abilities.
• Commitment to safeguarding and infection control.

Responsabilidades

• Medication administration, documentation and care planning.
• Leading shifts as Nurse in Charge, ensuring safe staffing and smooth operations.
• Providing physical, emotional and spiritual support to residents.
• Maintaining high standards of safeguarding, infection control and clinical governance.
• Liaising with GPs, external professionals and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Preparing MDT reports to support positive outcomes and coordinated care for residents.
• Mentoring and supporting junior members of the team to develop skills, confidence and safe practice.
• Supporting residents with complex needs, including dementia, cognitive decline and long-term conditions.
