Qualifications

• NMC registered nurse with a valid PIN.
• Experience in a nursing home setting with dementia and complex care.
• Ability to lead shifts and mentor junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts as Nurse in Charge and ensure safe staffing.
• Administer medications and maintain accurate documentation.
• Develop person-centred care plans and liaise with multidisciplinary teams.
• Support residents with complex needs, including dementia and long-term conditions.
