Cygnet Hospital Kewstoke in Weston-super-Mare is seeking a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN/RNLD) to perform nursing assessments, create and review care plans, and administer medicines. You will contribute to audits and support recovery and risk management within a secure, patient-centred environment.

The role requires a current NMC PIN, with 38.5 hours per week across day and night shifts. Newly qualified or experienced RMNs are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Registered RMN/RNLD with an active NMC PIN.
• Newly qualified or experienced RMN considered.
• Ability to maintain documentation and participate in audits.

Responsabilités

• Produce written reports based on nursing assessments and observations.
• Maintain individual care plans with residents and professionals under NMC guidelines.
• Administer prescribed medicines following procedures.
• Support service development, audit and quality improvement.
• Focus on patient recovery, risk management and empowerment.
