Prometheus Safe & Secure is recruiting a Registered Mental Health Nurse to lead patient safety during transfers and bed watches. The role involves time-critical assessments, crisis intervention, and handovers across a 24/7 rota, with a focus on safeguarding and confidentiality.

The ideal candidate holds an NMC RMN PIN with at least two years post-registration experience and a full UK driving licence, and will join a multidisciplinary team providing secure patient transport and enhanced

Qualifications

• NMC registration as an RMN with a valid PIN.
• Enhanced DBS check.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Full UK driving licence (manual/automatic).

Responsabilités

• Lead patient safety and care during transfers, bed watches and places of safety work.
• Assess, plan, deliver and evaluate time-critical interventions.
• Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation, including physical intervention when required.
• Take ownership of handovers covering risk history and care plan.
• Coordinate shift tasks and uphold standards in a 24/7 rota.
