Job summary

Hazelbrook Care Home, Leicester, seeks an experienced Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to deliver high-quality, person-centred care within a specialist complex setting. You will assess, plan and review care, supporting residents' clinical and emotional wellbeing while leading shifts and guiding the care team.

Working closely with families and external professionals, you will help maintain stability, promote positive outcomes and document care accurately.

Qualifications

• Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with an active NMC PIN.
• Strong clinical judgement and decision making.
• Calm, patient and resilient approach.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality, person centred care in a specialist complex setting.
