Job summary

Nurseline Community Services, part of Catalyst Care Group, seeks an RMN to lead compassionate, person-centered mental health care in people’s homes. You will manage complex needs, including behavior that challenges and personality disorders, with shifts ranging 4–8 hours or longer depending on packages.

Applicants must be RMN with current NMC registration, possess a driving license, and show leadership experience in healthcare teams with flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with current NMC membership.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of compassionate, person-centered mental health services in people’s homes.
• Direct assessment, planning and implementation of mental health interventions at clients’ homes.
