Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) Area Manager to lead and mentor a team of technicians focused on equipment reliability at one of our operational sites. You will ensure safety compliance, plan preventive maintenance, and drive improvements across site and network levels.

Based at a corporate site, you will collect data, guide projects, and manage performance and development of your team, including training.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering teams.
• Maintenance experience in industrial/production environments with complex processes.
• Experience liaising with multiple stakeholders including third-party vendors.
• Advanced written and spoken English; upper-intermediate proficiency in local language.

Responsibilities

• Support site safety policy compliance and procedures.
• Implement EU network standards; plan preventative maintenance; ensure availability.
• Collaborate to collect and analyse data to improve processes.
• Deliver and support both site-based and network-level projects.
• Lead, support and mentor the team to develop their careers.
