Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Reliability Maintenance Engineering Area Manager to lead and mentor a team of expert technicians focused on equipment reliability across our UK network. You will drive preventative maintenance, safety compliance, and data-driven improvements at site level and for the network.

You’ll base at a facilities site and guide practical, hands-on planning while coordinating with network teams to implement projects that boost productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering teams in an industrial or production environment.
• Experience maintaining complex equipment and improving reliability.
• Experience liaising with multiple stakeholders including third-party vendors.
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English and upper intermediate proficiency in local language.
