Amazon seeks an experienced Reliability Maintenance Engineering Area Manager to lead a team of expert technicians dedicated to improving equipment reliability across our UK network. You will mentor staff, deliver both site-based and network-wide maintenance projects, and ensure compliance with safety policies in a fast-paced environment.

You will base at an operational site, collecting data, solving problems, and developing plans to enhance productivity and efficiency while advancing team

Qualifications

• Experience leading an engineering team in industrial settings.
• Knowledge of CMMS and PLC systems.
• Experience with Kaizen, Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
