Job summary

Sea Containers London is opening Gordon Ramsay at Sea Containers, a new dining destination on the South Bank. We seek a Restaurant Host to welcome guests, manage reservations, and help ensure a seamless dining experience, coordinating with the team to deliver outstanding service and memorable moments.

As the first point of contact, you will drive a smooth service flow, build guest connections, and act as a communication hub across front and back of house.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create Exceptional First Impressions by greeting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth arrivals.
• Drive a Smooth & Vibrant Service Flow by coordinating seating plans and balancing reservations with walk-ins.
• Build Meaningful Guest Connections through personalised interactions and addressing special requests.
• Be the Communication Hub between front and back of house to relay guest feedback and updates.
• Champion the Guest Experience by maintaining an inviting reception area and supporting the team.
