Job summary

Sea Containers London on the South Bank welcomes a Bartender to join Gordon Ramsay at Sea Containers. You will deliver attentive service, maintain product knowledge and support bar operations in a dynamic hotel setting. Responsibilities

Deliver friendly, professional service and maintain strong communication with managers and team members
Maintain strong product knowledge and ensure consistent, high-quality beverage service
Take responsibility for assigned sections, including stock levels, cleanliness, and organisation
Supervise bar backs and support teamwork across bar and floor staff
Follow opening/closing procedures and ensure tasks are completed to company standards
Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards; report and address hazards promptly
Handle equipment properly and minimise breakages
Adhere to company policies, legal requirements, and payment procedures (including Micros use)
Maintain professionalism (punctuality, uniform standards, training attendance)
Report customer feedback/complaints and carry out reasonable management requests
