Job summary

The Mitre Hotel in Hampton Court is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our Food & Beverage team. You will support and lead the F&B staff, ensuring exceptional guest service and smooth operations across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management or supervisory roles preferred.
• Strong guest-focused service orientation.
• Ability to lead a team and manage shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead the F&B team in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
• Be present on the floor to ensure guest focus and service quality.
• Develop menu knowledge and stay updated on changes, including specials.
• Lead pre-service briefings and supervise events.
• Ensure compliance training is completed by all team members.
• Ensure hygiene, health and safety standards are followed.
• Support across the group as needed.
