Responsibilities include collaborating with clients and stakeholders, managing contracts, and mentoring junior team members. Qualifications
Relevant industry degree.
Chartered professional status, or close to application.
Previous responsible experience in design roles.
Experience working with other disciplines on design and specification.
Experience supervising and monitoring construction works with contractors.
AutoCAD skills are an advantage.
Responsibilities
Prepare designs, specifications and reports for flood risk management schemes.
Communicate design information throughout the project cycle from concept to construction.
Manage NEC contracts (experience desirable).
Delegate to team members and ensure high quality design information through QA checks.
Coordinate with stakeholders to obtain necessary consents.
Collaborate with clients, contractors and multidisciplinary teams across all project stages.
Support projects during construction, addressing technical queries.
Mentor and develop junior team members.
