River Thame Conservation Trust is seeking an Programme Manager to lead delivery of a four-year Smarter Water Catchment programme across the Thame catchment. You will bring evidence, local knowledge and practical action to improve water quality and river health while coordinating with partners and a growing project team.

• Ability to build effective partnerships across organisations.
• Understanding of catchment management and freshwater systems.
• Experience leading or supervising staff.

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery of the four-year Smarter Water Catchment programme for the River Thame.
• Shape a portfolio of catchment-scale projects addressing river pressures.
• Coordinate evidence, data and local knowledge to identify where action is needed.
• Manage budgets, contracts, monitoring, and reporting; develop investment-ready projects.
• Build partnerships with farmers, landowners, local authorities, environmental organisations and Thames Water.
• Lead and develop the project team across milestones and deliverables.
• Influence partner plans and investments to secure lasting impact.
