Job summary

Rituals is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager with rota planning, sales strategies and team coaching. You will be the product expert, handle complex customer questions, demonstrate products, and embody the Feel Good Experience.

You will own operations such as rota management, inventory, cash handling, and back-office work to keep the store running smoothly. You’ll coach the team and drive premium customer service while representing Rituals with a polished, luxury
