Responsibilities

• Develop an integrated view of risk and opportunity across the programme.
• Implement comprehensive risk management policies, processes, and standards.
• Identify and assess key value drivers to identify opportunities.
• Apply risk management policies across the programme and lifecycle.
• Measure and monitor opportunities, tracking value generation.
• Provide guidance on risk management to development and delivery areas.
