Job summary

Secure Trust Bank is seeking an MI Manager to lead the transformation of risk reporting and executive dashboards. The role focuses on delivering smarter insights through Power BI, automation, and AI-powered capabilities.

You will partner with senior stakeholders to shape reporting strategy and drive efficiency across Risk, Data and Technology teams. This 6-month fixed-term role requires strong leadership, extensive BI and data engineering experience, and a track record of delivering reporting

Qualifications

• Proven ability to design and deliver Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills with Alteryx or similar tools.
• Experience automating reporting processes in MI environments.
• Ability to translate complex data into executive-level insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience leading change and reporting transformation in regulated settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation of Risk reporting across the Bank, influencing senior stakeholders.
• Champion adoption of Power BI, automation and AI capabilities to deliver insights.
• Design and deliver high-quality Power BI dashboards for senior risk stakeholders.
• Develop executive-level visualisations to simplify risk data for decision-making.
• Build scalable data models and reporting frameworks for multiple needs.
• Utilise SQL, Alteryx and related tools to automate data sourcing and reporting.
• Integrate data from multiple sources to improve quality and governance.
• Lead automation of reporting processes to reduce manual effort.
• Partner with senior Risk leaders to deliver forward-looking risk intelligence.
