Money and Pensions Service (MaPS) in Bedford is seeking a Risk Officer to support Risk Managers in analysing risks across the organisation. You will assist in risk mitigation, audit follow-ups, and maintaining risk registers while promoting best practices in risk management.

The role requires strong data analysis, Excel and Power BI skills, and a collaborative approach to work within a hybrid, Bedford-based environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Risk Managers and Risk Leads.
• Familiarity with risk registers, internal audits and incident data inputs.
• Ability to analyse data and present insights to leadership.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with risk owners to manage mitigation activities.
• Maintain and implement internal audit recommendations and findings.
• Coordinate regular reviews of risk registers across the organisation.
• Support business continuity planning and testing activities.
• Provide input into risk scoring frameworks and management reports.
