The Role

The role is broad and will encompass advising on:

• Confidentiality and NDAs
• Client Engagement / Client Terms
• Ant-Bribery & Corruption
• Modern Slavery
• DAC6
• Procurement
• Lateral hires
• Company Secretarial work

The Requirements

It is anticipated you will have at least 5 years practicing in a fee earning role, perhaps in litigation, commercial contracts, insurance or another relevant area.

You will also have experience in a similar in-house risk role.

The focus will be on UK matters, so the firm is open to seeing candidates from a smaller or mid‑size firm who are looking to gain experience in an international firm. Perhaps you are a partner looking at these issues and seeking to move into it on a permanent basis.
