Ideal candidates will have experience in a law firm’s internal risk and compliance team, be England & Wales qualified solicitors, and hold 10+ years’ PQE with strong knowledge of global conflicts and regulatory matters.

Experienced in advising law firms on complex conflicts and regulatory matters?

I’m working with a fabulous growing global law firm looking for a Senior Risk Lawyer to provide temporary support across its risk and compliance function.

This would suit someone who enjoys getting into the detail of complex issues, weighing up the risks and providing clear advice on how to move forward.

The role

• Advising on complex conflicts of interest
• Supporting regulatory and professional conduct matters
• Providing clear, practical risk advice
• Reviewing client and supplier contractual terms

About you?

• Experience within a law firm’s internal risk and compliance team
• An England & Wales qualified solicitor
• Ideally 10+ years’ PQE
• Strong knowledge of global conflicts and regulatory matters
• Experience reviewing client and supplier terms would be helpful
