Job summary

Ryder Reid Legal Limited in London is seeking a Risk & Compliance Lawyer to join its expanding international team. You will advise on regulatory obligations, AML, sanctions, and conflicts, and work closely with partners and business services to manage risk in a global practice.

The role involves reviewing conflicts of interest, monitoring developments, and implementing best practice across the firm in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid working is available (4 days in the office, 1 day at home).

Qualifications

• Qualified Lawyer with experience in legal risk, compliance, regulatory, professional indemnity, conflicts, AML or governance matters.
• Strong understanding of the regulatory landscape within the legal sector.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
