Job summary

Chadwick Nott is seeking a Risk & Compliance Solicitor in Bristol to join a Top 100 UK law firm with a strong national presence. You will provide practical regulatory advice, support risk management and embed governance best practice across the business.

You'll work closely with legal and business services teams, deliver training, participate in internal audits and monitor evolving regulations, including AI-related compliance. A flexible approach to office attendance is available.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with at least 2 years' PQE.
• Experience of working within a law firm environment.
• Knowledge of SRA Standards and Regulations.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Confidence delivering guidance, training and constructive challenge.
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
• An interest in legal technology and the compliance considerations surrounding AI.

Risk & Compliance Solicitor - Bristol A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor to join the Risk & Compliance team of a highly regarded Top 100 UK law firm with a strong national presence and Legal 500-recognised expertise, playing a key role in supporting and strengthening the firm's regulatory and governance framework. Working closely with legal and business services teams, you'll provide practical advice on compliance matters, support risk management initiatives and help embed best practice across the business. Key responsibilities include:
