Chadwick Nott are recruiting a Risk & Compliance Solicitor to join a Top 100 UK law firm in Bristol. You will advise on regulatory matters, support risk management and help embed best practice across the business.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with at least 2 years PQE.
• Experience of working in a law firm.
• Knowledge of SRA Standards and Regulations.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Confidence delivering guidance, training and constructive challenge.
• Proactive and solutions-focused with an interest in AI in the legal context.

Risk & Compliance Solicitor - Bristol

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor to join the Risk & Compliance team of a highly regarded Top 100 UK law firm with a strong national presence and Legal 500-recognised expertise, playing a key role in supporting and strengthening the firm's regulatory and governance framework. Working closely with legal and business services teams, you'll provide practical advice on compliance matters, support risk management initiatives and help embed best practice across the business.

Key responsibilities include:
