Job summary

AAB is seeking a Risk & Compliance Integration Lead in Belfast to drive the R&C integration agenda across acquisitions. You will coordinate workstreams, manage due diligence outputs, and ensure alignment with AAB's risk management and regulatory frameworks.

You will partner with the Head of Risk & Compliance, integration teams, and operating units to deliver robust controls, governance, and regulatory filings while guiding teams through complex change programs and ensuring timely delivery

Responsibilities

• Coordinate R&C integration actions for acquired entities, monitoring milestones and deliverables.
• Escalate R&C integration risks, issues, delays and dependencies in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain detailed R&C integration plans for acquired entities.
• Coordinate delivery of integration actions across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Support onboarding of acquired entities into AAB insurance programmes.
• Provide a coordination role for implementation of policies, control frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with monitoring and reporting across groups as needed.
