Job summary

AAB is seeking a Risk & Compliance Integration Lead in Glasgow to coordinate risk and compliance workstreams across the integration lifecycle, from pre-acquisition due diligence to post-completion. You will act as a trusted link between risk, integration teams, and stakeholders, ensuring effective governance and proper controls are embedded.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate R&C integration actions for acquired entities and monitor progress against milestones.
• Escalate R&C integration risks, issues, delays and dependencies in a timely manner.
• Support due diligence and post-acquisition regulatory filings and onboarding into insurance programmes.
• Embed AAB policies, controls and risk frameworks within acquired entities.
• Support change management and communication around R&C integration activities.
