Job summary

AAB is seeking a Risk & Compliance Integration Lead to coordinate R&C workstreams across the acquisition lifecycle, from due diligence through post-completion integration. You will act as the main liaison between the Risk & Compliance team, integration teams, leadership, and operational stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate R&C integration actions for acquired entities and monitor progress against milestones.
• Escalate integration risks, issues, delays and dependencies in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain detailed R&C integration plans for acquired entities.
• Coordinate delivery of integration actions across multiple workstreams and stakeholders; feed into programme managers.
• Support AML, sanctions, complaints, whistleblowing, data protection and information security requirements in acquisitions.
• Support onboarding of acquired entities into AAB insurance programmes and monitor regulatory commitments.
