AAB in Aberdeen is seeking a Risk & Compliance integration professional to coordinate R&C workstreams across the acquisition lifecycle. You will link R&C teams, integration leaders, and operational stakeholders to ensure smooth post‑acquisition embedding of controls and governance.

You'll support due diligence, action tracking, and regulatory filings, escalating risks and ensuring alignment with AAB policies across multiple entities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to proactively manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Strong project management and action-tracking capability.
• Effective use of technology alongside excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate R&C integration actions for acquired entities and monitor progress against milestones.
• Escalate R&C integration risks, issues, delays and dependencies promptly.
• Develop and maintain detailed R&C integration plans for acquisitions.
• Coordinate actions across multiple workstreams and stakeholders, feeding into program managers.
• Support regulatory filings and onboarding of acquired entities into insurance programs.
