It targets undergraduates graduating in 2026/2027 who are analytical, team-oriented, and eager to develop in global financial services. The 24-month, structured rotations prepare you for a career in risk and compliance at BNY.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a 3- or 4-year undergraduate degree program.
• Graduating Dec 2026 or Summer 2027.
• On track to achieve a 2.1 or higher.
• Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status.

Responsibilities

• Support risk and compliance activities by applying frameworks and oversight practices across the firm.
• Analyze information, identify trends, and assess how risks are being managed across businesses and processes.
• Assist with reviews, reporting, and documentation to support governance and monitoring.
• Gain exposure to key risk areas such as credit, market, liquidity, operational, technology, compliance, model, and enterprise risk.
